Monthly Highlight

Despite the foggy mornings and afternoons, our ICAC swimmers have been working hard getting ready for summer meets and championships. In June, swimmers competed in the Splash & Dash Max, Splash & Dash meet, and Rising Stars Meet 2. We are so proud of our swimmers and their performances and can’t wait to see what they do during the month of July!

Splash & Dash Max
Fourteen of our swimmers woke up early to make a splash at this max meet and drop time in their events. Lilian, Marcus, Nikki, Zachary, Natalie, Maylis, Mikaela, Harry, Allyson, and Calvin all placed in the top 8 with Maylis, Mikaela, and Calvin earning 1st place in several events. Way to go, team!

Splash & Dash
Sixteen of our swimmers attended this meet and we couldn’t be prouder of their accomplishments! Austin won first in the 12yo Boys 50 Back Splash & Dash race-off and first in the Boys 100 Back. Veannaka, Kiana, Emma, Austin, and Tayla all competed in the evening finals while Chloe placed in the top 8 for the Girls 11&U morning finals. Great job, ICAC swimmers!

Rising Stars Meet 2
Our swimmers had a blast as they competed against several other North county teams in the second Rising Stars series meet. Congratulations to all of our swimmers who dropped time, earned ribbons, and earned new time standards this meet. You all did a great job! We also want to give a shout out to Danielle and Everly who competed for the first time and rocked it. Way to go!
