Annual Reminder Rain or Shine, It's Swim Time! While we’ve had some good storms these past few weeks, that hasn’t put a damper on our swimmer’s spirits! This is the annual reminder that we will still have swim practice even if it rains (unless there is lightning within 10 miles). The pool is heated throughout the winter (roughly 80-82*) which is perfect for working out. After practice, make sure they take a warm shower and have a parka available! Monthly Highlight Thank you, SMCF! We would like to take this opportunity to thank the San Marcos Community Foundation again for their generous donation of $1673 towards the purchase of a touchpad! Raising funds for new touchpads is part of our efforts to have enough working touchpads so we can host meets at Palomar Pool in the future. Monthly Highlight Despite the foggy mornings and afternoons, our ICAC swimmers have been working hard getting ready for summer meets and championships. In June, swimmers competed in the Splash & Dash Max, Splash & Dash meet, and Rising Stars Meet 2.
